Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Kg Enterprises Info India, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel an order, please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at kgenterprisesonline@gmail.com or call 962 962 66 39. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return as per our return policy (see below).

2. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns and provide refunds for eligible products under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • The request for return must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products eligible for return include:
    • Textile Garments: Clothing items that are unworn and in their original packaging.
    • Electronics (e.g., LED TVs, kiosks): Items must be unused and returned in their original, sealed packaging. Electronics that have been used, installed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Customized or special-order items, perishable goods, and certain electronics cannot be returned. Please check the product details for specific return eligibility.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at kgenterprisesonline@gmail.com or call 962 962 66 39 within 2 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
  • Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a courier pick-up or provide instructions on how to return the product.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, Razorpay, etc.).
  • Bank Transfer Time: Once the refund is processed, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of a return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping fees incurred, after verifying the issue.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Customized or special-order items.

Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Return requests initiated beyond 2 days of delivery.

Failure to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).
